Friends of Ballona Wetlands

Friends of Ballona Wetlands is a nonprofit organization that supports the Ballona Wetlands in Playa del Rey, California. Established in 1978, their mission is to champion the restoration and protection of Los Angeles’ last coastal wetland and to educate their diverse community as stewards of nature.

Events MARKETING – concept/copywriting and Design

Migration Celebration is a free, annual community event attended by young families, urban singles, and couples who come to learn about the Wetlands and nature in their neighborhood. It is equal parts science fair, art making, and entertainment.
